How do I create my account?

What if I do not get an OTP via SMS?

Wait a few minutes and check your network signal. If you still don’t receive it, request the OTP again or choose the “Send via Email” option (if available). If the issue persists, contact our customer support.

How do I search for a particular product on the website or mobile app?

Use the search bar at the top of the homepage or main screen. Type the product name, brand, or style number, then tap the search icon. Use filters to narrow results, and select a product to view details.

How do I choose the correct size?

Check the Size Guide available on each product page. Compare your body measurements with the chart to find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, consider your preferred fit—looser or more snug.

How do I place an order?

Select your desired product, choose the size and quantity, then click Add to Cart. Proceed to Checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You’ll see an on-screen confirmation with your order number, and you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with the order details.

How much time does it take for my order to process?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification once your order is shipped.

How can I track my order/delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Click the link or enter the tracking number on the courier’s website/app to see the latest delivery status.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

I want a bigger/smaller size or a different colour. Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges are possible for size or colour, subject to product availability. Initiate the exchange request through our returns/exchange section or contact customer support within the eligible period.

Are there any hidden charges if I am buying Freedom products online?

No, there are no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned before you make the payment.

My money got deducted from the bank, but my order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

Sometimes payments take a little longer to reflect. If the order isn’t confirmed within 24 hours, contact our customer support with your transaction details for a refund or order confirmation.

I’ve paid for my order. If I cancel it now, how soon will I get my money back?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation, depending on your payment method and bank policies.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we deliver only within India and do not offer international shipping.

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

No, each order can be shipped to only one address. To send items to different addresses, place separate orders for each location.

How long should it take for my product to get delivered?

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

The order is not delivered in the expected delivery time. What should I do?

Check your order’s tracking status using the tracking link sent via email/SMS. If there’s no update or the delay is significant, contact our customer support with your order number for assistance.

I got a damaged packet! What do I do?

Please refuse to accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged. If you’ve already received it, take clear photos of the packet and product, and contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

I got a partial delivery! What do I do?

I’m not comfortable using my card online. How safe is it?
